Terms and Conditions of Sale
Terms: Cash, check, cashier’s check, traveler’s checks-(U.S. currency ONLY) Visa and MasterCard accepted (*3% Service charge will be assessed on top of total bill for use of cards). In addition, foreign and out of state purchasers are advised to insure their purchases. All returned checks will be assessed a $45.00 service charge.
Bids & Disputes: In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. IF no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the Auctioneer accepted the last bid. The Auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final.
Announcements: Every effort was made to assure the accuracy of the catalog, however, all announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements or changes posted.
Certificates of Registry: Certificates of Registration will be furnished to the Buyer for each animal after settlement has been made. Buyers are responsible for ALL transfers.
Shipping: Assistance will be provided in making shipment after the sale, but the Sales management and/or Sellers assumes NO RISK. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyers are requested to furnish shipping instructions when making settlement.
Accidents: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the Buyers, neither the Sales Management, Auctioneer nor Sellers assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise, incase of accident or loss of property. Please watch your children, as this is a working ranch with all the usual hazards.
Health Papers: A veterinarian will be on the grounds, the day of the sale to write papers.

BREEDER’S GUARANTEE Any problems on any of the sale animals will be handled on an individual basis and between the original purchaser of the animal and the Seller. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by foreign bodies, veterinarian reproductive practices, shipping or handling problems, or sickness that was not apparent at the time of sale. No guarantee that the semen collected from bucks will be freezable. In the event of a dispute, the Seller will not be responsible for more than the purchase price of the animal. No incidental expenses will be charged in the event of a return.
